In dieser nur für geladene Gäste moderierten Diskussion wollen wir verschiedene Perspektiven von Führungskräften zusammenbringen, die entweder an der Agilen Transformation unter Verwendung des SAFe-Konzepts mitgewirkt haben, gerade dabei sind, es in ihren Organisationen zu implementieren, oder die sich aktiv darauf vorbereiten, das Scaled Agile Framework einzuführen.
Ziel dieser Veranstaltung ist es, sich darüber auszutauschen, was funktioniert hat und was nicht, um künftige Fallstricke zu vermeiden, neue Ideen zu generieren und Wissen auszutauschen mit der Absicht, die Qualität des gesamten Transformationsprozesses zu verbessern. All das, online, bequem von Ihrem Arbeitsplatz.
Produkte schnell und effektiv zu entwickeln, mit gesundem Menschenverstand, ist für mich schon jeher ein Anliegen. Scrum hat mir dazu schon sehr bald den passenden Rahmen geboten. Seit 1999 selbständig, bin ich seit ca. 15 Jahren als ScrumMaster, Product Owner oder Business Analyst auch in skalierten Projekten bis ca. 160 Kolleginnen/Kollegen tätig und es bereitet mir jedes Mal Freude zu sehen wie sich die Teams weiterentwickeln.
